Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols strictly
- Prepare work areas and clean up after completion
- Inventory and organize electrical materials and tools
- Participate in ongoing skills development training
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (company-sponsored)
- Basic understanding of electrical principles preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA County
