Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specificationsPerform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures on electrical components
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Collaborate with senior electricians and project managers
- Assist with wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup
- Document work performed and maintain project records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina to work in various environments (climbing, lifting)
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites
