Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with electrical codes
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation under supervision
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool usage
- Participate in structured apprenticeship training modules
- Document work progress and complete daily reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical documents
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow OSHA standards
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Central Ohio
