Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations and repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot lighting systems, outlets, and circuit breakers.
- Ensure strict compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Physically fit to work in various environments (climbing ladders, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to obtain an Ohio Electrical Apprenticeship license.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.
