Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform wiring, conduit bending, and circuit breaker installations under supervision
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and NEC standards
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues and system malfunctions
- Maintain clean and organized work sites, following safety protocols
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
