Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform conduit bending, wiring, and circuit breaker installations
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain job site cleanliness
- Document work progress and maintain inventory of materials
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill workshops
- Adhere to NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
- Willingness to complete 2,000+ hour apprenticeship program
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
