Responsibilities
- Assist in residential/commercial electrical installations and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install/repair wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and tools
- Document work progress and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in ongoing training programs and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (training provided)
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician apprentice license
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Memphis/GA
