Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NYC Electrical Code and OSHA regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead teams on complex high-voltage projects
- Train junior electricians on best practices
- Coordinate with contractors and building management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid New York State Electrician License (Class A)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and VFDs
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights
- Valid NYC DOB Filing Certificate
