Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Install/conduit, wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Perform safety inspections and comply with OSHA/NFPA standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in company training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
