Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications accurately
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment safely
- Document work activities and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts (technical school training a plus)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to obtain electrician certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Fresno County
