Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Install and connect wiring, circuits, and electrical components
- Perform routine inspections and safety compliance checks
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA and NFPA electrical safety standards
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
