Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical components

- Support journeyman electricians with material prep and tool management
- Document work progress and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
