Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure safe and compliant work
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Participate in safety briefings and maintain clean job sites
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
- Complete apprenticeship training modules as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites within Virginia
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
