Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Install conduits, wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Conduct electrical safety inspections and troubleshoot issues
- Adhere to all local, state, and national electrical codes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (Journeyman Electrician)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
