Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixturesPerform safety checks and equipment maintenance
- Follow OSHA and NEC compliance standards
- Document work progress and maintain job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
