Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Safely use hand/power tools and test equipment under supervision
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and circuit troubleshooting
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes (NEC)
- Complete documentation and job site cleanup duties
- Participate in continuous skills development through training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to obtain Arizona Electrical Apprentice certification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background/drug screening (company policy)
