Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations of wiring, fixtures, and electrical components
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Learn diagnostic techniques for identifying electrical issues
- Use hand/power tools and test equipment under supervision
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
- Adhere to all OSHA and NEC safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
