Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations
- Learn and follow electrical safety protocols and building codes
- Install wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostic tasks
- Organize and maintain job sites and equipment
- Complete training modules and certification requirements
- Participate in emergency call rotations (after certification)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites (Sacramento metro area)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
