Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with wiring, conduit installation, and circuit testing
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and electrical panels
- Perform safety checks and compliance verification
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in weekly technical training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Willingness to travel across NC/TX project sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
