Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and comprehend electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Site Preparation: Set up job sites, organize tools, and prepare materials to ensure efficient workflow.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately.
- Circuit Testing: Assist in testing electrical circuits and components to ensure proper functionality.
- Customer Interaction: Project a professional image and maintain a clean, organized workspace for client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Driver’s License: A valid, clean driver’s license is mandatory for job site travel.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of math and measurements is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, including potential overtime and weekend work.
