Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and systems according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and apprentices to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after every job.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (State of Florida required).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Ability to read and understand technical plans, diagrams, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
