Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure.
- Ensure all work is in compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Organize and secure job sites, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Utilize hand and power tools correctly and safely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of mathematics and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications and licenses.
