Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing repairs, including leak detection, pipe welding, and fixture replacement.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial systems efficiently.
- Install new plumbing systems and adhere to all local New York building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear explanations of repairs and transparent quoting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Handle emergency calls and resolve urgent plumbing issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Master Plumber License (Journeyman or Master).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in NYC.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drainage, venting, and water heating systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for on-site work.
