Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including residential, commercial, and industrial wiring.
- Study blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure safety and compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including conduit benders, drills, and multimeters.
- Prepare job sites by digging trenches, pulling wire, and mounting boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrician Apprentice license (we can assist with resources).
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.
