Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Install water heaters, pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures per local building codes
- Perform emergency plumbing services during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Inspect plumbing systems and provide maintenance recommendations to clients
- Prepare detailed work estimates and service reports for client approval
- Maintain inventory and order necessary plumbing materials and tools
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience with verifiable references
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) required
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
