Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting terminals, and mounting electrical boxes.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or technical concepts is a plus.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to obtain necessary electrical licensing and certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
