Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, such as installing outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and light fixtures.
- Learn to read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics under supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding project status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- No criminal record required (background check may be performed).
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning a skilled trade.
