Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials and ensuring safety compliance.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
