Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Prepare job sites by gathering necessary materials, tools, and safety equipment.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, mounting of fixtures, and conduit bending under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and site conditions.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or state licensure required; we are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic knowledge of math and mechanical aptitude is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
