Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Lead project teams and ensure compliance with NFPA 70 & NEC
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Train and mentor junior electricians
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and inspectors
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Florida Master Electrician License (required)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Expertise in residential/commercial installations
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
