Responsibilities
- Learn Installation: Assist senior electricians with the installation of wiring, lighting fixtures, and electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Blueprint Reading: Study and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Tool Management: Properly handle, maintain, and transport electrical tools and equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients to provide updates on project progress and answer basic inquiries.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to local and national electrical codes.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for candidates eager to learn; prior technical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Background: Clean background check required.
