Responsibilities
- Perform skilled plumbing work including installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of work.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding job progress.
- Train and mentor junior plumbing staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable work experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting, drain cleaning, water heater installation, and fixture repair.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight spaces or at heights.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
