Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, mounting outlets, and installing light fixtures under supervision.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including organizing tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license or Apprenticeship certification.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various conditions.
