Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery vehicles.
- Prepare work areas by laying out tools, materials, and blueprints.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, connecting circuit breakers, and mounting outlets under supervision.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to obtain a General Operator License (GOL) within a specified timeframe.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong desire to learn the electrical trade and a commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
