Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies during weekend shifts
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, pipes, and water systems
- Adhere to Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform residential and commercial service calls with precision
- Maintain detailed service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians during peak weekend demand periods
- Participate in 24/7 emergency rotation coverage
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Master Plumber license required
- 5+ years of residential/commercial plumbing experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe rehabilitation techniques
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex system failures
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
