Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals under supervision.
- Install Components: Assemble and install conduits, wiring, fixtures, and electrical boxes.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform Basic Repairs: Help troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues on-site.
- Keep Equipment Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Skills: Basic math skills and a willingness to learn hands-on electrical techniques.
