Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior technicians with wiring, lighting, and fixture installations.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret electrical plans and diagrams to guide installations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Tool Management: Keep work areas clean and assist in the maintenance and organization of tools.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize electrical materials and supplies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- License: Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and work in various weather conditions.
- Attitude: Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Skills: Basic math skills and good hand-eye coordination.
