Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and maintaining electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Follow NEC codes and safety protocols rigorously
- Operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of electrical components
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math/measurement skills and mechanical aptitude
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Commitment to safety and continuous learning
- Reliable transportation to job sites
