Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform preventive maintenance on water heaters, boilers, and piping networks
- Install and repair gas lines following safety protocols and local codes
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and safety hazards

- Collaborate with team leads on complex plumbing projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Massachusetts Plumber's License (journeyman level)
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for water/sewage systems
- Proficiency with trenchless repair technologies
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
