Responsibilities
- Install residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints & technical diagrams
- Maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults
- Perform equipment maintenance and inspections
- Document work progress and material usage
- Participate in on-the-job training modules
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Pass background check & drug screening
- Basic math & measurement skills
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces
- Strong commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to earn certifications
