Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and electrical codes
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical components
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in emergency call-out services as required
- Complete company training programs to obtain necessary certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various physical conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculations and measurements
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
