Responsibilities
- Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures
- Follow blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Safely operate hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Identify electrical issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Adhere to OSHA and NFPA safety protocols at all times
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
- Collaborate with senior electricians to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
