Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including pulling wire, installing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with local and National Electrical Code (NEC) safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites as directed.
- Learn to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic diagnostics.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and work ethic over prior experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain required apprenticeship certifications upon hiring.
