Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting methods
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members on complex electrical projects
- Document work activities and maintain accurate project records
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Baltimore & PA
- Willingness to obtain required certifications through company training
