Responsibilities
- Assist certified electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and safety protocols on job sites
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for daily tasks
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installations under supervision
- Conduct preliminary inspections and troubleshooting of electrical components
- Maintain clean and organized work environments
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
