Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial electrical installations, including wiring, outlet installation, and lighting.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks under direct supervision.
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Adhere strictly to all local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, foremen, and clients to ensure project requirements are understood.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications and licenses (we provide guidance).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and grow professionally.
