Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Install and connect wiring, fixtures, and appliances according to strict safety regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure all work sites are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company operational protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (Apprenticeship opportunities available for qualified candidates).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements for blueprint reading.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, tight spaces, and outdoors.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety compliance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
