Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose complex plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response
- Ensure full compliance with Indiana plumbing codes and safety standards
- Train junior plumbers on advanced techniques and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently

Qualifications
- Indiana Journeyman Plumber License (mandatory)
- 5+ years residential/commercial plumbing experience
- Weekend shift availability (Fri-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and water heater systems
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
