Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Blueprint Reading: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools, vehicles, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working order.
- Basic Wiring: Perform basic wiring tasks, circuit connections, and terminal work under supervision.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and ensure job sites are left tidy.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic math skills for measurements and a willingness to learn technical skills.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle for commuting to job sites.
- Attitude: Dependable, punctual, and eager to start a trade career immediately.
