Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform basic wiring, including outlet and switch installation.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
- Identify and report potential safety hazards to the foreman immediately.
- Document completed work and maintain accurate daily logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of math and measurements.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience is required; we value potential over experience.
